Troy Weaver President

Troy Weaver, the eldest of the Brookside Brothers, started Brookside along with Todd in 1999.  He lives near Lititz with his wife, Cindy, and a goldendoodle named Cash.  He enjoys doing anything outdoors: hunting, snowmobiling and time on the beach.

Fun Facts: 

  • Favorite Books: The book of Genesis from the Bible and “Thou Shall Prosper” By Rabbi Daniel Lapin.
  • He enjoys studying Biblical appointed times, seasons and cycles and uses this faith-based leadership in making decisions for personal and business use.
  • He is passionate about Relationships with others.
  • He has lived most of his life in one neighborhood and even lives on a street named after him!
  • Travel: Troy and Cindy have an ongoing relationship with a Youth with a Mission in Jamaica and have been there several times.

Todd Weaver Master Carpenter
Todd Weaver Master Carpenter

Todd Weaver, the youngest of the Brookside Brothers, started Brookside along with Troy in 1999.  He lives in Lititz with his wife Katrina.  They have three sons – Dylan, Nick and Finley.   Todd enjoys waterfowl hunting, deer hunting, snowmobiling and woodworking.

Fun Facts:

  • Todd is passionate about history.
  • Todd and Katrina live in a farmhouse that was built in 1842. One thing he is particularly passionate about is historically correct renovations of properties like the farmhouse he lives in.  Preserving the original craftsmanship, using period-accurate materials, and respecting the character that makes each farmhouse unique is what drives him.
  • When asked how he chose his career path, he shared that he is a second-generation Carpenter.
  • He has enjoyed travel to Sweden (where his brother Twain lives), Scotland, Thailand and Canada.

Jim Tetreault Construction Superintendent
Jim Tetreault Construction Superintendent

Jim Tetreault lives in Lititz with his wife Beth and has been on staff since 2023.   He enjoys time with family:  son James (who is also on Brookside staff), daughter in-law Nicole, son Joe, and granddaughter Addie.

He enjoys working on projects around the house.  Since moving here from Vermont in 2020, Jim and Beth are still exploring the many places of interest around the area.  Some of their favorites are Governor Dick’s Park, Longwood Gardens, Cornwall Iron Furnace, the Columbia antique stores, and Sight and Sound Auditorium.

Fun Facts:

  • He has never flown on a plane! He enjoys the Maine coast, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit. He looks forward to exploring Northern Maine and Acadia National Park in the future.
  • Jim says “Beth and I moved from Williamstown, Vermont to Lancaster County, to be close to the children and our granddaughter. Originally, we thought it was too busy down here for us to live, but the more often we came down to visit, the more we enjoyed the area. I love it, especially the shorter Winters, early Spring, and fresh fruit and vegetables!”

James Tetreault Project Manager
James Tetreault Project Manager

James Tetreault joined Brookside Brothers in 2024 as Project Manager.  He is the son of Jim, who is also on staff!

Originally from Vermont, James and his family relocated to the Lancaster area in 2016. With 10 years of experience in residential construction, James works closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition into their new spaces.

Outside of work, James enjoys New England road trips and spending time with his wife, Nicole, a daughter, and a yellow lab.

Alex Baer Carpentry Foreman
Alex Baer Carpentry Foreman

Alex Baer lives in the Akron area with his wife, Gemesen, and 2 children.  He has been with Brookside since 2018, and he is currently a Lead Carpenter.   While serving on the Stewardship Team at Brookside, Alex suggested the book “The Six Types of Working Genius” by Patrick Lencioni.  The Stewardship Team studied the book together, and then Alex led the entire Brookside team in discovering their own “working geniuses.”

Alex is an avid hunter and golfer.  He loves to sing, and if you are on the job site with him long enough, you can be sure you will hear him singing along to the music at some point!

Nick Weaver Carpentry Foreman
Nick Weaver Carpentry Foreman

Nick Weaver is the son of Todd and Katrina.  He is the middle brother between the oldest brother Dylan and younger brother Finley.  He has been a carpenter for Brookside since 2019.

In his free time, he loves to snowboard, skateboard, go camping and hiking.  His favorite book is Holes, and he’s enjoyed travels to Sweden, Colorado, Utah and Maine.

Kristi Rohrer Office Manager
Kristi Rohrer Office Manager

Kristi Rohrer joined the Brookside Team in 2022 as the Sales Coordinator but has since transitioned to Office Manager.  She lives in Manheim with her husband, Dustin and two little girls: Ruby June and Daisy, who keep her very busy!  Kristi loves to include them in her passions of cooking, baking, and growing flowers, and most evenings you will find them outside getting some fresh air.

Fun Fact:

  • Kristi played soccer for over 15 years, and she has lived in both London and Hawaii for short periods of time.

Cindy Weaver Marketing Director
Cindy Weaver Marketing Director

Cindy Weaver has been around since the beginning of Brookside, and she is married to Troy.  They have two married daughters, Jesslyn and Emily, and three grandchildren.

For the first 15 years, the Brookside office was in the home, and Cindy took care of the bookkeeping.  As Brookside grew, she filled the role of Office Manager, and in 2024 she transitioned to Marketing Director.

She enjoys time with her grandchildren, daughters and friends.  She also enjoys traveling with Troy to the beach, the mountain cabin “Shalom Springs”, and anywhere that Troy is willing to take her!
