  • Lead Carpenter

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage work while maintaining accountability for project responsibilities
    • Perform framing, trim installation, and exterior finish work
    • Coordinate with the project manager and construction superintendent
    • Communicate project progress and needs
    • Keep work areas clean and organized

    Qualifications

    • 5–7 years of carpentry experience
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Valid driver’s license

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Hourly rate based on experience

  • Carpenter

    Brookside Brothers is looking for a dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop their skills across the many aspects of residential remodeling.


    Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of carpentry experience preferred
    • Good math skills
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Experience using power tools
    • Ability to follow direction and work independently
    • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds

    Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and a proven work ethic.
